A: The Nissan Altima is a good choice or the Fusion. Fusion will be higher on insurance, because it’s new. But I would talk them down on the Altima, a little high if you look around you may find one for a thousand less. Higher payments on the Altima because older car, Fusion cheaper but longer in years. So it’s really up to you cheaper payments or better car.

A: This is actually the last generation of the RAV4 that was redesigned for the 2007 model year. You should have no problem trying to find them in your local classified ads, swap sheets or on dealer lots as a fair number were traded in on the newer model. They looked like that on the Non-Limited models from the 2002-2006 model years. Hope this helps.

A: Hmm I’ll try not to be biased..lol
I work for Toyota, and my co worker has an 08 Rav Limited AWD Auto
This version of the Rav is much larger and roomier then the previous version, with a huge back seat with ridiculous leg room. The powerplant isnt going to win you any races but is more then adequate for highway cruising and passing, with decent acceleration. The stereo is a fairly easy to use mp3/wma setup with an Ipod/aux input, and the dual zone climate control is a nice option (my co worker likes his side way too hot for my liking lol). Interior/exterior fit and finish is of course normal Toyota high quality, with tons of storage space and even heated washer fluid..lol
Initially I was very impressed with this top of the line Limited, and after being the passenger in it for 1000’s of miles, I’m still impressed by the ride and handling with the AWD, especially commuting in this past terrible Canadian winter. You really feel safe in its comfortable and exceptionally quiet cabin.
Best advice I can give is to check out the competitors and find your best fit, the Ford Escape AWD Limited is one of my favourites, maybe even more so then the RAV.. Although expect much better resale values with any toyota product.

A: their around 3400 bucks from a dealer,if you can find one used from a salvage yard it will be a lot cheaper,even a transmission shop would be cheaper than a dealer would be,good luck.

A: Look on your lease contract. It will show you what the residual value of the truck will be. It isn’t up to the dealer to set a selling price on it. Its up to the lessor. Your best bet is to call the lessor before your lease is up and see if they will negotiate anything at all on it. 99.9% of the time, the answer is no.

I just purchased a used 2003 Toyota Rav4. It has a silver exterior and darker interior. The overall look of the car is great, but the colors are average and it resembles a family vehicle.

A: Some suppliers make nerf bars for the side and guards for the grill and taillights. This may give it a more aggressive appearance.

A: Are you sure it’s not Japanese? 
It’s probably the O/D toggle, but I think some RAV4 have an ECT option as well.
Q: How do you replace a serpentine belt on a Toyota Rav4?
We’re trying to replace a serpentine belt on a Toyota Rav4. The belt is on but not tight enough. We can drive the car but it has no power steering and it is overheating quickly. Please Help! Any advice is appreciated. How do you tighten the belt? Are there any tools required? Also any diagrams you know of would be GREAT! Thanks!!
A: Did you compare the new belt size to the old? I ordered some belts for my truck and one of them was the wrong size.
You didn’t say what year it is! Maybe these links will help! you can change the year if needed. My best guess is that it is not routed corectly!

Q: 2008 Toyota rav4 adding subs and amps to a navigation unit with a 4 stacker cd player?

A: Go to a specialty stereo store they can guide you in the right direction.
Q: Is there an alarm for headlights on the toyota rav4?
I just traded in an 07 Toyota Yaris for a 2008 Toyota Rav4. In my Yaris, there was an alarm that would let me know if my keys were still in the ignition, or if I had left my headlights on. Does the Rav4 have this feature as well? My used car didn’t come with a manual, so I don’t know if this car just doesn’t have that, or if it’s broken. Thanks!
A: Nope, Toyota is getting worse, not better.

A: Well… The RAV4 has always been a favourite vehicle… It has great looks, good gas milage, above avg. reliability rating, good performance and sufficient space.. I don’t own a RAV4 but my friend does and he’s completely delighted over it. I too am impressed by it.. You shouldn’t be worried to consider a RAV 4 with all its plus points plus it has a good re-sale value too… Very few vehicles can match it… Since you can’t buy the Nissan X-Trail in the US, don’t think twice, just go for the RAV4.
